Delivery options

Carriage charges are calculated at checkout. Please enter your postcode at the checkout to see available delivery options. Small orders (under 20kgs) will be sent by parcel carrier and delivered to your door. Large orders will be despatched on an 18-tonne vehicle with a tail lift and are to kerbside only.

Please note that in both cases the delivery driver will be unable to assist you with moving goods into your property,

Deliveries can be anytime between 8am and 6pm. 

Standard kerbside delivery

 Pallet deliveries will typically be delivered on an 18-tonne vehicle with a tail lift, unless an alternative method has been pre-arranged.

All deliveries are to kerbside only.

Please ensure that someone is available to accept and check the delivery. Orders will not be broken down or unpacked by the delivery driver.

An additional charge will be incurred for redelivery after 1 failed delivery attempt where the customer has not been available for sign for the goods or access has prevented delivery.

Pallet with Tail Lift (20-1000kgs) £55 Standard \ £75 Express. Please note that express deliveries exclude weekends.

Free standard carriage is available to orders over £499 (geographic limitations apply).

Important Information

Winchester tiles and mouldings may craze and no guarantee can be given against this happening. Crazed/crackle tiles must be sealed before fixing, then after grouting. Crazed/crackle will continue over time and as it occurs they should be sealed.
