The versatility of Tileworks – our collection of large format contemporary tiles

With so many options, we thought it would be helpful to showcase how this collection can be used throughout all the areas of the home.

Lounge

With more and more of us opting for open plan living, lounges with tiles are becoming more popular, due to their functionality and sleek look. You might think that tiles feel cold underfoot but with underfloor heating and an array of textures and finishes available, you needn’t worry. Hallway

Tiles are a brilliant choice for hallway floors, their durability means they can cope with the footfall of everyday life whilst still looking stylish and beautiful. Opting for large format tiles means you can also seamlessly blend into rooms like the kitchen or lounge for an uninterrupted, modern finish. For hallways we love the terrazzo style of our Pietra Lombarda tiles, they are perfect for creating a serene yet functional space.

Kitchen and Utility

Kitchens need to be practical spaces and so tiles are a natural choice for walls and floors. Not only are tiles easy to clean and maintain, but they can also help you to create a number of styles. Large-format tiles are great for achieving modern looks, especially when teamed with handle-less cabinetry and chrome fixtures and fittings. They are also great for adding character, take our Marble Carrara tiles, styled here with wood-effect floor tiles to create a scandi-style kitchen.

There are plenty of options for utility rooms too, we love the simplicity of our Peggy Grigio tiles, teamed with simple white cabinets for a soft and fresh look.

Bathroom

You can transform your bathroom into a calming oasis by choosing the right tiles and Large-format tiles are perfect for this. Opting for a larger sized tile will give you fewer grout gaps and help to create a continuous, smooth finish. Outdoors

The Tileworks range is so versatile, there are even tile options that can be installed outside. Our Kaamos tiles have an elegant and refined stone look with versatile and practical properties. Use Kaamos both inside and out, with both 10mm and 20mm options; it’s extremely hard wearing and can even be laid onto to sand, pebbles and directly onto grass. The full colour-bodied construction disguises any wear and tear that may occur on tiles used outside.
